Yes, you can, but the procedure is different. If you accept our offer regarding your car, our agent will take care of the required documentation. After the paperwork is completed, our agent will accompany you to the bank to pay off the loan. Once the loan is paid off and you receive the clearance letter, you need to inform the bank to provide you with the electronic release. You will receive a text message from the RTA (Road and Transport Authority) that the mortgage on your car is released. It will take around 2 to 4 working days for the whole process. Once you receive the text message, we will pay the remaining amount to you instantly. Please note in case, the loan you have taken from the bank exceeds our offer, you will have to arrange the remaining money to clear the loan from the bank.
No, you do not have to pay anything for the valuation.
You need to bring all documents, keys and the service history book. Any accessories that come with the car should also be brought. If you are selling it on behalf of someone you need to bring you UAE government issued ID as well as that of the owner and the authorization letter from the owner. If you are selling the car on behalf of a company you need to bring in your government issued ID and an authorization letter signed and stamped by the company. Also, bring in the bank account details of your company a copy of the company’s trade license.

Yes, you can. You have to give us a letter of authorization from the owner and a U.A.E government issued ID of the owner and the person selling the car on his/her behalf.
In case the vehicle is imported by the company, then you have to show the certificate of ownership. In the case of the individual, the owner must bring Vehicle clearance certificate and its registration certificate. If the seller is also from abroad, then his personal presence is mandatory along with a valid visa.
